Saturday morning training options

Training options: bike hill repeats/bush run/kayak

7am start for 4 Bobbin Head hill repeats (at own pace) followed by optional bush run.

Meeting on Bobbin Head road, Nth Turramurra at entrance to National Park, for prompt departure at 7am. Warm up on BHR followed by first decent.

Bring your runners for a firetrail run (flat) approx. 30mins, or longer takes you into a decent to the marina at Bobbin Head.

For those training for Akuna Bay, we’re also doing a paddle after a bit of lunch (BYO)/coffee.

There are a few regulars that have been meeting for these sessions. The more the merrier.
