Sunday Afternoon (Winter) Biathlon Series 2007 - Event 10 - September 16th
The final biathlon of the winter was a good one, with a good turnout and glorious September weather. We had 15 starters (11 male, 4 female) including 2 newcomers - welcome to Scott and Josh! Adrian won the swim by just 2 seconds over Brad with Sarah the fastest girl in the water by 2 minutes. Everybody's running training over winter has paid off by the looks of it with some very good times posted. Steve Hume was the hare today in a blistering 14:52. Brad was 16 seconds back in 15:08 with Andrew J another 16 seconds back in 15:24.

But it was Brad's killer combo of second in each leg that got him the win with a total time of 22:48 with Steve Hume 40 seconds back. Sarah was the first female home in 27:26, with Lisa taking second in 29:29.
